When addicts bottom out, that is the time when the situation gets desperate and Evan James, President and Founder of Universal Crisis Intervention joined Lon on September 24, 2015 to explain that this is the time when the addict is most vulnerable to getting help, but also the time when helping them becomes trickiest and sometimes dangerous. Evan is hired by the parents to work with the most difficult and desperate cases and does Interventions to extract them out of difficult situations and then transports them to residential treatment, all under the direction of the addict's parents. Listen as Evan explains why he does what he does and tells the story of one of his recent Interventions.
