A good life comes from finding and practicing success principles, and Peggy Caruso, a life coach and author, joined Lon Sept. 16, 2015 to explain how she coaches children to get out of their negative thoughts and replace them with positive thinking. Peggy explained a key approach she uses is what she calls Masterminding, where 4-5 students spend some time on a regular basis to share their wins and challenges, and the group brainstorms for each student. That teaches communication skills, accountability, gratitude, and to discover their own skill set.
