Emotional trauma is very much an individual experience and varies between people explained John Stewart, Ex. Dir. Of New Haven RTC in Utah, to Lon on August 21, 2015. He explained trauma is not always some obvious major happening, but sometimes can be a accumulative series of little hurts that eventually have a major impact such as bullying. John developed their trauma model which includes a variety of different meditations that provide a path for the student to get more in tune with who they really are. John also explained that animals are good at nurturing kids and that is an important part in healing the impact of trauma the child has suffered.
