"It seems the harder I work, the luckier I get" is an old truism. Dan Blanchard, an inner city teacher in Connecticut and author of "Feeling Lucky" joined Lon June 30, 2015 to explain the importance of motivation, and how it seems to be lost among an increasing number of young people. He explained how too many seem to think luck is something that happens to you, rather than something you create.
