We have had confirmation this month that Tulifinny, a residential recovery management program for young women ages 13-18 in South Carolina has closed. We were informed by a call from one of the ex-staffers of the program and by an article in a local newspaper. Apparently the closure was influenced by ongoing concerns about the general use of the property to the local Planning Commission.
