Great News for your families, Vive is able to reach more families and is making it simpler for families to organize their aftercare.

• First, Vive began working with families in Chicago on August 15th.


• Secondly, Vive has been working with families across the country in various towns and cities providing aftercare through our Journey On program.


• Lastly, Vive has made it easier for you and your families to coordinate their aftercare. Vive has Centralized Admissions. All you and your families need to do is call 800.261.2516 and speak to Paula Riggs our Admissions Director.


• If you have any questions regarding the programming and services we are providing, call 800.261.2516 and we will work with you to customize aftercare for your families.

Reminder: We have offices in Los Angles, San Francisco, Colorado, and Chicago. From these areas, Vive provides aftercare to adolescents and Young Adults as they move on from their programs to their next step.
