Vive Inc., a national leader in relationship based counseling and family health and healing, welcomes Kelly Ryan, LMFT, as the new Vice President of Sales for the company dedicated to helping families work through life's transitions. She now leads the Vive team's sales efforts as the fast-growing company continues to expand its offering of family counseling, parenting products and educational services. Ryan joins Vive from Aspen Education Group where she recently held the position of National Liaison. She will continue to work closely with residential treatment programs and educational consultants to service Vive families across the U.S.

While with Aspen Education Group for 11 years, Kelly Ryan was involved in program development, quality assurance, integration of systems, and customer service, as well as program start-ups and acquisitions. Through national outreach to a variety of market segments and strategic account management, she generated $15 million of revenue in 2008 for AEG. She has also served as Executive Director of an intensive outpatient program for adolescents called "Back on Track" and a licensed residential treatment program called Youthtrack. Both roles required contracting with managed care organizations, employee assistance programs, Department of Youth Corrections, and Department of Social Services. Prior to attaining her Master's degree, Ryan taught special education for learning disabled and behavioral disordered students in middle and high schools. She holds a Masters in Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (CA), and Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (CO), and has spent a number of years in private practice specializing with adolescents and families. She has a passion for working with adolescents and families and brings a great deal of expertise and depth of experience to the Vive team.
