Vive Completes Third Round of Funding

The privately-held company - nationally recognized for its innovative family counseling services and highlighted by its therapeutic mentoring and parent coaching model - was established ten years ago by educator and therapist David Herz. Since that time, it has grown from a private therapy practice to a leading relationship-based family counseling, parenting product and educational services company with teams of practitioners in cities across the U.S. In 2008, Vive posted sales of $1.7 million (up 43% from previous year) and projects $3 million for 2010.

This latest round of financing was led by the ES Group, who has experienced leaders from within the behavioral health industry. "Vive's strategy of delivering effective solutions to families where they need them most, in their real world, has now been accelerated by the additional resources of the last round of financing. The ES Group is comprised of some very experienced health care veterans who will add significant value as we go forward.
