Vive! Offers Affordable Solutions

During these stressful economic times, families still need help therapeutically and financially and Vive is responding by offering a solution. Vive will work with families in conjunction with referring professionals to design the most cost-effective solution for adolescents or young adults and their families; in our regions families can pay as little as $1700 for early intervention and aftercare services. Vive's individualized approach to helping families allows us to customize the level of services to better fit the financial restraints of families without compromising the need for the whole family to be supported. Each family's program is evaluated by our Admissions Team and customized support is then provided. As we work to custom fit the wrap around, real world support for each of our families, Vive is careful not to sacrifice the basic principles of our model; the young person interacting in their real-world environment with their therapeutic mentor and the parents working with their parent coach to gain insight and support. Vive provides early intervention services as well as transition services to both adolescents and young adults in Northern California, Southern California, Colorado, Illinois, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York and Texas. Vive is designed to work with families with young people ages 10 - 30.

Vive services are delivered through a powerful, action-oriented, practical integration of mentoring and parent coaching to meet the needs of the whole family in its real-world context. Vive is the only aftercare program in the country that delivers its services across the country with therapists located in the families' own community.

The goal of Vive is to help the family create positive changes in the family's real-world environment. To assist in this transition, Vive applies its proven "Dual Approach" of mentoring for the young person and parent coaching for the parent in conjunction with local professionals. This high level of collaboration creates a strong web of support for the families and ensures a safer, more successful transition.
