Vista Counseling Services is pleased to announce that Lana Nielson, B.S. will be serving as our new Academic Counselor. Lana began her employment with Vista at Vista Magna residential treatment center in 2003 and subsequently moved to the Vista Counseling Services location in 2006, to work with young adults as a mentor and admissions coordinator.

Lana has spent a great deal of time not only in the service of young adults, but with the families of each of the students as she has guided them through the processes of employment, academics, and socializing. Lana has been assisting both adolescents and young adults for 10 years and has a passion for young men and women. Lana completed her B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2008 and is excited to share her educational insights with the students at VCS. Lana has tremendous passion and energy for helping students get involved in life through academic, community and cultural events.
