Leading teen mental health hospital, ViewPoint Center, is pleased to announce its new Director of Assessment, Jordan Rigby, Psy.D.

Dr. Rigby, a native of Salt Lake City, is a licensed psychologist passionate about the brain-behavior relationship and neuropsychology. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in psychology, then went on to earn his masters in clinical psychology and doctorate in psychology from Midwestern University where he also completed research in suicidal risk assessment. He completed his neuropsychology residency at the Neurology, Learning and Behavior Center in Salt Lake, where he had the opportunity to complete and publish research on assessment measures. Following his residency, Dr. Rigby entered into private practice.

"I am excited about this new opportunity to bring my years of experience and expertise to the already dynamic team at ViewPoint Center," he recently said.

ViewPoint Center, a mental health hospital for teens ages 12-17, is located just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. With a program lasting 5-7 weeks, ViewPoint Center provides superior assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization for teens struggling with mental and behavioral issues such as suicidal ideation, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. In a safe, personalized environment, ViewPoint helps teens focus on the healing process.
