Venture Transitions, LLC announces the opening of their new transitional program for young adults located in Sandpoint, ID.

Venture is a therapeutic retreat center for young men and women (18-30), with a focus on creative arts, wellness, and community outreach.

Venture works with Participants having a range of struggles impeding successful launch into adulthood. Those who will benefit most from the Venture model are young men and women who are artistically inclined, and have a genuine interest in holistic health.

Common participant characteristics include: Impulsive Behavior, Academic Underachievement, Mood imbalance, AnxietySelf-esteem issues, Entitlement, Family dysfunction, Poor work ethic, Chronic, self-inflicted boredom, Nutritional sabotage, and Technology addiction.

Sonia Dalessi, Director of Community Outreach and Wellness says "Venture is that place where individuals can really begin to create their own reality based on their unique goals, interests and needs--a place where they learn to guide and support themselves."

Venture partners are all former wilderness therapy professionals who, career wise, transitioned into administrative roles in the "extended care" niche' of behavioral health. They all have a strong commitment to helping young adults flourish in whatever way genuinely works for them.
