Andrea Grubb Barthwell, M.D., F.A.S.A.M., is the Director at Two Dreams Outer Banks Treatment Center. She was nominated by President George W. Bush in December 2001 to serve as Deputy Director for Demand Reduction in the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). Their multi-disciplinary team of physician advisors, clinicians, and other wellness professionals conducts intensive client assessments on an ongoing basis, resulting in an extraordinarily individualized and dynamic care plan.
