Trails Carolina is excited to welcome Alisa Meints to our admissions team. Alisa is looking forward to meeting folks on campus tours and at the upcoming Southeast NATSAP and IECA conferences.
Alisa's clinical background, combined with a calming presence earns her much respect from both families and students alike.

- Bachelors in Business Marketing from Meredith College
Alisa has found wilderness therapy to be particularly empowering as it allows for space and healing with compassion. She enjoys working with families as they find their way to Trails Carolina in search clinically driven, family focused solutions.
Her own love for the outdoors was ignited while backpacking Europe as a teenager. She continues to be an avid hiker along with her husband and son. In her downtime she enjoys yoga, learning a new craft, or scouting local waterfalls with her family!

At Trails Carolina, preparation and transition are the keys used to leverage the power of wilderness therapy. Through expedition, equine assisted counseling, academics and a team of professionals with more than 100 years combined experience in wilderness therapy, Trails Carolina facilitates a new beginning for not only each child we serve, but their family as well.
