Trails Carolina Completes First Comprehensive Annual Review

The team at Trails Carolina is excited to announce that we have completed our first comprehensive annual review as a licensed mental health facility in North Carolina. Reviewing program practices with our local regulatory agency proved to be an invaluable exercise in helping us grow into an even stronger and safer therapeutic model.

Trails Carolina believes in the power of the wilderness, and combined with the rigorous standards of our partnering DHHS agency (Department of Health and Human Services), we can feel secure in the soundness, value, and content of the clinical services provided to our students and their families. As Executive Director and Owner, I have been able to use the information provided within the states documentation to develop a focused and detailed template with which to train and manage my team, further ensuring our ability to provide comprehensive services that support the mission and vision of Trails. The feedback we receive regarding our graduates is inspiring and promising, while parents and families report their immense satisfaction with the quality and impact of their own Trails experiences. We take great pride in our program, and we are committed to continuing to provide quality, safe, and effective services.
