Beverly Ann Cox Replaces
Virginia Short At Timber Ridge

After five years as our Director of Admissions at Timber Ridge Preparatory School for Girls, Virginia Short is leaving and moving on to new things. I am sure that you, along with all of us, thank her for her devoted service to the young women and families with whom she worked.

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Beverly Ann Cox as the new Director of Admissions for Timber Ridge. Beverly Ann has been with Timber Ridge since 2004 as my Administrative Assistant and as co-leader of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has been very involved with the students and the programs of Timber Ridge. As such, she will be a valuable asset to the admissions process in working with consultants and families as she knows the program so well. Beverly Ann has a professionalism and warmth that will assist families in the oft times a difficult decision to place a child outside the home.

In addition to her work at Timber Ridge, Beverly Ann has several years of experience developing and administering programs for adult women and focused training in basic life skills which has prepared her well for effective work with youth. She looks forward to being in touch with you and working with you to meet the needs of young women and their families.
