Promotions & Appointments

Three Springs Inc announces the promotion and appointment of key professional staff based at Paint Rock Valley, located in Trenton Alabama and Duck River, located in Tennessee.

Management Promotions:

Dana Hampson, LPC, MBA has been promoted to Group Administrator for the Paint Rock Valley Boys, Paint Rock Valley Girls, and Duck River Programs. Ms. Hampson holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She is also licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama.

Dean Porterfield, MA, NCC, LPC, MHSP has been promoted to Director of Clinical Programming for Private Programs for Three Springs. Dean Porterfield has served as the Program Administrator at our Duck River Program for 10 years. While Dean will continue in this role at the Duck River Program, he will also be serving as Director of Clinical Programming for our Paint Rock Valley Boys and Girls Programs.

Clinical and Medical Appointments:

Sarah Raynor, Ph.D.- Staff Psychologist at Paint Rock Valley Boys and Paint Rock Valley Girls Dr. Raynor specializes in working with children and their families, as well as psychological assessment and diagnostic formulation. She earned her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology

Douglas W. Adams, M.D. has been appointed to Consulting Psychiatrist Dr. Adams is Board Certified in both Child and Adolescent, and General Psychiatry. In addition to working with Three Springs, Dr. Adams teaches at the University of Alabama School of Medicine.
