Company focuses on its 20 year history of serving youth and families.

As part of its ongoing strategic plan, Three Springs announced today that it will increase its commitment and investment in the areas of therapeutic program development and clinical services.

Three Springs’ commitment extends to increased program enhancements in its Private Division with outdoor therapeutic programs located in Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. Auldern Academy, an all girls boarding school, based in North Carolina recently expanded its therapy department. Two programs, Duck River and Paint Rock Valley/Girls are celebrating 20 years of service this year. New Dominion VA recently welcomed ADHD expert, Dr. George Bright to the treatment team.
Since 1993 Three Springs has been operating programs for the public sector in Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Arizona, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.

The recent staff reduction was focused on positioning the company to accommodate current census patterns and for both strategic and financial growth. According to Tony Harper, Vice President of Human Resources “the recent staff reduction affected approximately 35 full time employees and all eligible employees were provided with services to aid in their transition as well as severance and benefits assistance.” According to Richard Block, VP Public Programs, “the recent staff reductions were spread across the companies’ public and private facilities and have not impacted or altered services provided to the children in our care”.
