Teen Challenge Columbus Girls Academy students recently presented an anti-drug presentation: Stay Sharp, to 1,200 local high school and middle school students.
Stay Sharp is a hard hitting, high energy, drug prevention presentation designed to educate students on drug and alcohol abuse and the consequences of their choices. The dynamic video presentation addresses the facts, lies, and costs of addiction.
Intertwined in the presentation Teen Challenge Columbus Girls Academy students shared their personal stories of their own introduction to drugs and the destructive journey it lead them on. Our recent presentations were received with overwhelming interest and support from local teens and our students received high praise and compliments for all of their hard work and dedication.
The purposes of Stay Sharp are to:
Engage the hearts and minds of youth through a visual encounter.
Educate youth about the dangers and consequences of drug and alcohol abuse.
Equip youth to make healthy choices
Empower youth with truth and hope.
