Judy Heleva MA, our Admissions Director, has been with Summit Prep almost since the inception. Judy joined the Admissions Team in 2004 and has been working with families, consultants, and programs to help provide information about what Summit Prep could offer. She has so enjoyed talking with families and helping them throughout the enrollment process. This past year Judy decided that it is time to enjoy the next phase of her life and retire from Summit Prep. Her last day will be June 30th. And although that sounds like a long way off, we wanted to let you know and lay out our plan for a smooth transition.
Christine Hurst LCPC, Summit Prep's current Associate Director of Admissions, will be stepping into the Admissions Director's position. Christine brings to this position a wealth of knowledge. She originally came to Summit Prep as a team therapist in 2005, then did some private clinical practice in the Valley for a few years and rejoined the Admissions Team at Summit Prep in 2015. The official changing of the guard with take place on July first, but both Judy and Christine will be sharing the duties and responsibilities of the admissions work over these next weeks. We are currently in the process of hiring a new member for our admissions team.
We wish Judy the best in her next adventure and we welcome Christine in her new role.
If you would like to contact either of them, here is their contact information.
