On Wednesday October 28th, recently graduated students Tori and Samantha were guest speakers in the 7th and 8th grade classrooms at West Valley Elementary School in Kalispell as part of Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October in schools across the nation. Tori and Samantha each shared their story of how substance abuse impacted their lives and damaged their relationship with their families.

They spoke of the work they had to do to get their lives back on track and what it has meant to them. Both girls graduated Summit Prep School on November 23rd and plan to attend college in the spring.
