Summit Prep also wants to remind you about our 15 year Celebration as a nonprofit, coed, therapeutic boarding school.

Since the inception of Summit Prep in 2003 we have grown from one student to a campus of six teams. Our purposely designed setting provides a milieu that helps students regain confidence in their academic ability while working with a therapist to formulate healthy life skills. We also strive to offer a wonderful array of activities both on and off campus, helping our students enjoy a somewhat normalized teen experience. We take pride in being a therapeutic boarding school which provides a balanced approach to academics, clinical work, and residential activities.

About Summit Prep
Summit Prep is a therapeutic boarding school located in the Flathead Valley of Montana. The typical student we consider for Summit Preparatory School is experiencing difficulties with school, family, and often peers. Generally, this is a teen (ages 14-18) who has done well in the past, and whose family has watched him or her struggle more and more with life demands, despite the obvious potential for meeting these expectations. Often, the student has had little success in individual therapy, and may display a growing uncomfortable acceptance of “failing” in academic and emotional struggles.
