Summit is pleased to announce the Summit Semester: an academically focused therapeutic program for students transitioning from wilderness programs and/or treatment centers to more traditional academic environments. The Summit Semester provides an effective, flexible length program for students requiring ongoing support and structure.
Summit Semester is a fully licensed residential treatment center which provides licensed Masters Level therapists who implement a range of multi-systemic approaches utilizing individual, family, and group therapy to help galvanize change for students and their families.
Students attend school full time and earn transfer credits through our Maine state certified school, covering the five major subject areas. Additionally, students can complete a self paced curriculum in a variety of subject areas that are accredited by a college preparatory distance learning program to supplement missing credits or earn extra credits.
