We have forgotten the importance of someone making it on their own. Millions of parents are now supporting their adult children while the young person is not contributing to their own success or to a healthier society. There are things a parent can do to shift the tide.

Randy and Colleen Russell provide parent training in a three day workshop format where parents discover the roles that empower and launch adult children. "The heroes journey is a very important and necessary developmental phase that a young person goes through in order to truly function as a healthy adult," says Randy. "Parents need to honor the necessary struggle by not providing a space for them to become victims, especially during these financially challenging times. This workshop provides the methods to do this in an empowering manner."

The Parent Workshop for Empowering Young Adults will be held in Sandpoint, Idaho, May 14 - 16. The cost is $650.00 per participant. The workshop provides both valuable information and experiential training on how to move your child from adolescence into empowered adulthood.

Randy Russell, MS and Colleen Russell, MA are the co-directors of Empowering Young Adults, training that teaches parents how to bring children into soulful adulthood.
