Solstice RTC, a top residential treatment center for struggling adolescent girls, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kristen (Kris) Archer as Director of Business Development.
Kris has six years of experience working in treatment programs for teen girls. Most recently, she worked in admissions and marketing for an RTC and, prior to that, she spent four years providing direct care. She has led educational groups, spearheaded marketing efforts, taught quarterly parent trainings, and hired, trained, and supervised residential staff. She's learned many different aspects of residential treatment and developed a true passion for helping struggling young women.
"Kris has an exuberant passion for helping teens and their families, and we are delighted to have her join our team," said Dan Stuart, Executive Director for Solstice RTC.
As Director of Business Development, Kris will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with referents and consultants, and creating marketing opportunities for Solstice.
