Dear friends of Solstice East,
With a mixture of immense excitement and great sadness, Solstice East would like to announce the launching of two of our very own incredible team members into program ownership and management. Jenny Selent, Director of Clinical Services, and Sharon Findlay, Director of Business Development, will be pursuing their dreams by opening a program for young adult women in the local vicinity. This talented pair is excited to share their news with you, and I'm sure you will be hearing details from them very soon!
We couldn't be happier for Jenny and Sharon (though they will be missed terribly), and have no doubt that their new endeavor will have a great impact on the young women and families that it serves. In addition to having such close friends working nearby, Solstice East will benefit from having a program nearby that serves young women ages 18-25 - a population that we don't currently serve.
Sharon will be transitioning into her new role next month, and Jenny will be staying on part-time at Solstice East for an extended period of time to ensure a smooth transition for her current caseload, as well as to offer transitional support for our clinical team. While this is definitely a bittersweet moment for us, this truly couldn't have come at a better time: our team, systems, and milieu are all thriving, and we are embracing this as an opportunity for continued growth. Our current Clinical Director, Dan Hadley will be taking on more clinical administrative responsibilities as Jenny transitions out, and we look forward to welcoming a new team member into Sharon's role.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly, and please join me in congratulating Jenny and Sharon on this next big step in their life's journey!
Warm Regards,
Kyle
