Skyland Trail, a nationally recognized nonprofit treatment organization for adults with mental illness, is pleased to welcome Joseph Pringle to the organization as vice president of finance and strategy.

"In Joe's new role, he will help develop strategic solutions for the challenges of our growing organization, including enhancing systems, increasing efficiency, and continuing to develop and implement innovative models of care," says President Beth Finnerty. "His breadth of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare organizations makes him a wonderful fit for Skyland Trail and our growing services."

Previously, Pringle served as the director of operations at Rockdale Physician Practices and Practice Administrator at Rockdale Family Practice and Saint Joseph's Medical Group. Prior to that, he was the Director of Intensive Outpatient Programs for the Behavioral Health Department at Kaiser Permanente. He began his tenure at Skyland Trail in March 2015.

Skyland Trail is a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health treatment organization offering residential and day treatment programs for adults ages 18 and older. Our goal is to help individuals recover from mental illness and live as independently and successfully as possible in the community. We treat adults with mood and thought disorders, including bipolar illness, major depression, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders. We specialize in treating patients who have complex diagnoses involving substance misuse or personality disorders and those who have physical health needs in addition to psychiatric needs. Our evidence-based treatment model integrates strategies to help clients improve mental health, physical wellness, spiritual strength and relationships with family and friends.
