It is with extreme pleasure we announce that Ryan Corbey is transitioning into the role of Admissions Director at Open Sky Wilderness.

Ryan first joined Open Sky as an Admissions Counselor and quickly advanced into the role of Associate Admissions Director within the company. Throughout his tenure, Ryan's natural ability to connect and forge relationships, his commitment to responsiveness, and his capacity to support families through crisis became overwhelming evident.

For those who have not had the pleasure of connecting with Ryan, part of his professional and personal foundations have been built on the belief that wilderness can serve as a transformative mechanism of change and healing. Ryan's professional experiences include the National Outdoor Leadership School, Group Home Mentor for adolescent boys, case management for therapeutic services (grades K through 12), and both a wilderness therapy field guide and admissions counselor. Ryan is also a proud husband and father, and a passionate enthusiast of outdoor adventure.

Over the past few weeks, Ryan and his family have moved from Salt Lake City, UT and have settled into their new home in Durango, CO.
