Hatton Joins Silverado

Kreg Gillman, PhD, Owner and Director of Silverado Boys Ranch and the entire team at Silverado welcome Randy Hatton as the Admissions Counselor.

Randy is originally from Idaho and has eighteen years of business management, and customer service experience. In addition to his professional experience, Randy brings his own personal experience of being a parent, foster parent, and an adoptive parent and understands the challenges of having family members with special needs. Randy is compassionate, caring, and sensitive to needs of families in crisis.

He will be working along side Denise Westman, Director of Admissions and Marketing.

Silverado Boys Ranch is an owner-operated licensed therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 13-17. We have one of the most seasoned and committed management teams in the industry. We are committed to provide an empowering experience for boys and their families in an environment that teaches respect and responsibility through work, love, and play. We believe boys respond best to therapy when they are actively and physically engaged, and we have purposefully sought out a location that is conducive to healing. We are located in beautiful southern Utah, just minutes away from Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Zion National Park.

Our mission is to provide a positive environment for boys, while guiding them to become respectful, responsible, and resilient young men.
