Shortridge is pleased to announce the implementation of a new, evidence based component to their supportive curriculum called PRIME For Life. This science based program is nationally recognized and used throughout New Hampshire. A risk reduction program, it has two primary goals. The first goal is to help students reduce risk for any type of drug or alcohol problem, and the second is to help students to understand and accept any need to make changes to protect the things they identify as 'most valuable' in their lives.

Shortridge Academy is a year round, college preparatory, therapeutic boarding school for young men and women ages 14-17 years old, grades 9-12, who are struggling with academic performance, loss of interest in activities and increased conflict in family or peer relationships.
