SavingTeens is pleased to announce that we have exceeded our previous years' fundraising efforts to raise $87,000 at the 2014 SavingTeens Charity Golf Scramble.

The 2014 SavingTeens Charity Golf Scramble at the Legacy Golf Club was played February 5, 2014 in conjunction with the NATSAP (National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs) Annual Conference in Henderson, Nevada.

These funds, and the continuing efforts of SavingTeens volunteers, will help families access the spectrum of care needed to support their troubled teen. Money raised at the event will help subsidize program fees and tuition expenses. The SavingTeens Annual Awards Dinner recognized two such families, who expressed their appreciation for the assistance provided by SavingTeens and NATSAP member programs and schools. Such success stories result from the team effort of SavingTeens funding support, pro-bono educational consulting, scholarships from programs and schools, and most importantly, highly engaged parents and families.

SavingTeens could not continue to help these and other families without the assistance of our generous event sponsors, including: AIM House, Ascend Recovery, Aspiro Wilderness Therapy, Aspen Education Group, The Bertram Group, Bill Lane & Associates Transport Services, Building Bridges, Center for Safe Youth, CERTS, Dimpledell Canyon, Discovery Ranch for Girls, Discovery Ranch, Discovery Academy, Expedition Therapy, Gateway Academy, HERO House, Inner Change, Insight Intensive at Gold Lake, Life Designs, Montcalm School, NADA Global, Newport Academy, New Roads Treatment Center, New Summit Academy, New Vision Wilderness Therapy, Open Sky Wilderness Therapy, Oxbow Academy, Pacific Quest, Prepare to Bloom, Profotofix, RedCliff Ascent, Right Direction Crisis Intervention, Safeguard Adolescent Services Inc., Sandhill Child Development Center, Second Nature, Solstice RTC and Solstice East RTC, Spring Ridge Academy, Summit Preparatory School, Taos Recovery, Trails Carolina, True North Wilderness Program, Turning Point, Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers, U.S. Transport Services Inc., Vive, Young Adult Transition Assn.

John Reuben, the founder of SavingTeens, summed up the event, "The success of this annual event is due to the tremendous efforts of our volunteers and the support of sponsors. It illustrates the potential when NATSAP members, educational consultants, and concerned parents collaborate to assist families in need with the opportunity to help their troubled children. We are proud of the results."
