Stonegate at Rushford

Dear Colleagues,

I hope this note finds you well and enjoying the early days of Spring! While there are seasonal changes happening, I'm writing to you to let you know that I have changes happening for me as well. I've been offered a promotion within Rushford and will be leaving my job as Admissions Coordinator with the Stonegate program. I've hired a fantastic person, Laura Cashman, who will be taking my place. Laura comes to Stonegate with a background in Admissions, working with referral sources and families. I think you'll find her great to work with and I know she'll take good care of you and your families. Dr. Frank Bartolomeo continues to head Stonegate's program as well as all the Child and Adolescent programs within Rushford.

I'm fortunate that my new job will keep me connected with Frank and my colleagues at Stonegate as I'll be facilitating a company-wide culture change process in which I get to work with every individual within the company. It's an amazing opportunity for me and for Rushford as we look to keep moving forward with our customer service-centered goals.

Since I won't be on the other end of the phone receiving your calls, I just wanted to thank you for your friendship through the years; I've known you all since I began at the Academy at Swift River in 2004. I hope you will continue to refer to Stonegate's program as it is thriving and proving to be a fantastic alternative to wilderness for many adolescent boys. The work we do is critically important to the lives of the children and families we touch, and I am honored to have played a part in this process.
