As medical director for adult services, Dr. Garcia is responsible for overseeing medical and clinical procedures and processes, developing and carrying out admission and discharge processes, growing and improving medical and clinical procedures as evidence presents itself and consulting with clinical and medical staff on difficult cases.

"Rosecrance has seen much growth over the last 10 years in our efforts to offer lasting recovery to those struggling with alcohol and drug addiction and mental health issues, and we're not done yet," added Eaton. "Placing the right people in the right situation is one way to position Rosecrance for continued excellence in the future."
