Rick Johnson, Co-Founder of Summit Prep, a therapeutic boarding school in Montana, and author of An Upward Spiral: A Developmental Perspective on Parenting has been conducting parent workshops for parents of his school for several years. The book outlines what he has learned about how teens develop emotionally and how parents can help them.
