Dear Parents and Consultants:

After a thorough investigation by Licensing and Certification Authority for Children, Youth, and Families Department for the State of New Mexico, the findings stated:

"After review of the serious incident reports that were received from both the agency and SCI, a phone complaint received from a family member, and the results of the findings from the LCA's focused investigation, the LCA did not identify any relevant violations of the Licensing Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Facilities. Neither did the LCA identify any evidence of intentional negligence or cover-up on behalf of Rancho Valmora."

We continue to be committed to ensuring that Rancho Valmora is a safe and healing environment for our students and families, and greatly appreciate the overwhelming kindness and support we have received during these past weeks.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Dale Parker, MA
Director, Rancho Valmora, Inc.
