Q&A Family of Programs: Q&A was established to provide opportunities for failure to launch young adults to gain the confidence and skills needed to achieve independence. Our clients are often struggling with independent living skills, school or college life, finding or maintaining employment, social skills or family relationships. Through our program, clients build self-esteem and confidence while learning the hard life skills needed to achieve independence. We work with the whole family to teach new communication strategies that will allow the family to be healthier and happier.
