Willow Creek Lodge is a retreat program for young adults (18-26 years old) just west of Asheville, North Carolina. This intensive 30-45 day program combines cutting-edge clinical interventions with a strength-based focus on brain biology, mindfulness, and health and wellness. Our goal is to help clients find the internal calm needed to address the effects of chronic stress and trauma, emotional dysregulation, negative decision-making cycles, and other impediments to their progress. We are partnering with some of the most well respected clinicians and practitioners in the Asheville area to create a cutting edge, innovative, and evidence based program that is unlike any other.
Willow Creek is one component of Q & A's programming that offers a complete continuum of care for young adults. With three programs in West Virginia: Applewood Transitions, a life skills oriented program for young women facing failure to launch or struggling as an emerging adult; Journey WV for young men, a life skills oriented program for young men who have issues that have prevented them from becoming successful as an emerging young adult; Cabin Mountain Living, a long term living community for young adults that require assistance but still gain the experience of self-sufficiency. All of our Programs provide 24/7 supervision and guidance.
