ProStar Coaching-Strong for Parenting is one of five different virtual online coaching systems designed to help parents learn to communicate and connect with their teen. Meredith Bell, MA, is the President and Co-founder of Performance Support Systems and contributor to the ProStar Coaching series. She is the head of marketing for the company. Paula Schlauch is VP and CFO of PSS and is a Healing Touch Practitioner and RoHun Facilitator. Teller Coates is the Chief Software Engineer and designer of the ProStar series and Jake Foley is the online Technical Support Specialist.
With your paid subscription to Strong for Parenting, parents receive structured sessions to help focus on personal strengths and people skills, weekly 'high fives' with tips and insights to keep you on track, video exercises and recourses, seven types of multimedia exercises and a virtual personal trainer available 24/7.
