The Pinnacle Schools has partnered with several other national companies to offer the "Clean Break Spring Break 2012" for high school and college students, ages 17-22, who choose to be drug and alcohol free on their spring breaks. This year's destination is Destin, Florida.
Student participation is available during the weeks of February 25 and March 31, 2012. Sign up cost is $400.00 plus $50.00 (taxes and gratuities). This cost includes:
7 nights of lodging in one of the Clean Break houses- every student will have their own bed. Houses are private residences and are a two minute walk to the beach.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages each day- please let us know of any special dietary needs.
Clean Break sponsored events: No charge for these events and the food and drinks at each event.
Groups: groups of 10-12, ages 18 and up can reserve a house with a $500.00 deposit and make it a co-ed house. (This payment covers the $49.00 fee due at time of registration for each group member). The group saves $88.00 by booking this way. Each member of the group still needs to follow the payment schedule.
Some discounts may apply: Students who have graduated from the Elk River Treatment Program or the Pinnacle Schools receive a $50.00 registration discount.

The Pinnacle Schoolsoffers several co-ed, residential treatment programs for struggling teens, ages 12-18: Elk River Treatment Program - Therapeutic Intervention Program (8 weeks), Elk River Academy - Individualized Transitional Therapeutic School (flexible length of stay up to one year), Elk River Healthy Lifestyles -Teen Weight Management Program (8 weeks), and Pinnacle Academic Resource Center - A Private Year Round High School and College Resource Program in Huntsville, Alabama. Each program is designed to meet the individual needs of the teen and their family.
Clean Break, LLCwith the support of dozens of community partners, Sonic and McDonalds, has been sponsoring sober events for students since 2009. The goal is to build a community where a teen's first Spring Break experience is sober, safe, fun and positive. Each year this event has grown, with last year's student attendance topping 450 teens and representing nearly 100 schools.
