January 11, 2011

Penrith Farms is proud to announce that on January 10, 2011 we have begun offering Professional Level Music instruction as a part of the program. In conjunction with Learn To Burn School of Music, based out of Spokane Washington, Penrith Farms. The program will be coordinated by the founder of Learn To Burn Roy Jackson. Roy Jackson is an instructor at the Department of Music at Spokane Falls Community College, and founded Learn To Burn School of Music in 1990. Providing instruction will be Steve Haldi and Ben Rose.

The music program will provide Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano/Keyboard, and Vocal instruction. While the music program offers clinical benefit It is a realm where students are not only allowed to step out-of-the-box, but unconventional expression is actually encouraged. We empower young adults with the confidence necessary for them to succeed in an increasingly competitive society by making them better able to manage their own affairs. The structure is dynamic and flexible which allows us to tailor curriculum and therapy to meet the needs of each individual without compromising the overall integrity of the community. The program will improve confidence through the development of a strong sense of self-worth, positive work ethics, and communication skills. In the end, our goal is to make your son or daughter a productive, self-motivated, and responsible member of society.

Penrith Farms is a Specialized Therapeutic Community settled on 320 Eastern Washington. In 1983 Penrith Farms began as a 12-month program for young adults ages 18-26, who exhibit social, emotional, and behavioral problems.
