Announces Staff Changes

Pasadena Villa has added a Utilization Management Coordinator to our team and expanded our Intake Department!

In an effort to assist families with the ability to utilize their insurance benefits, we have promoted Amy Teumer, MS, LMHC to Utilization Management Coordinator. Amy joined our team in 2011 as a psychotherapist and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She brings a tremendous amount of experience dealing with clients in multiple treatment settings including private practice, inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, residential centers, community and school based counseling programs, therapeutic schools specializing in Asperger's and Bipolar Disorder, and psychiatric clinics focused on assessment and treatment of ADHD, Mood Disorders and cognitive impairments.

We have also promoted Hannah Millard to Intake Coordinator. Hannah was part of our opening team at the Smoky Mountain Lodge and has been with us since 2009. During this time, she has worked with all departments in developing and improving processes and procedures. Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge about what we do and the benefits our clients receive with our internally developed Social Integration Model. Her experience and skills make her a great addition to our Admissions Department.
