We are pleased to announce Kris Houser, MD has joined the Smoky Mountain Lodge as the Medical Director. Kris Houser is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and by the American Board of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Houser earned his undergraduate degree at Murray State University in Kentucky and graduated from medical school and residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky. Kris Houser, MD then completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the University of Louisville.
Dr. Houser has a superior reputation for patient rapport and is highly knowledgeable concerning medication management and treatment. He is a team player and excellent communicator who works closely with the client and appropriate Smoky Mountain Lodge professionals to provide top quality care.
