Outback Therapeutic Expeditions in Lehi, UT is excited to announce the newest addition to our clinical team, Dr. Brandon Park. Brandon is a Clinical Psychologist who completed his graduate work at UNLV and has been working professionally in Napa, CA. Dr. Park has a rich background in neurospsychology, cognitive rehabilitation, and behavioral modification. He has worked with a variety of Axis I and II disorders, as well as substance abuse, and is an expert at evaluating and treating adolescents with clinically complicated presentations.
He specializes in assessing and treating cognitive difficulties, as well as in creating and implementing positive reinforcement plans. Along with Dr. Park's clinical work, he is published in neurocognitive journals, and has been active in the development of other professionals in the health field.
Brandon is going to be an excellent asset to our team. He will be working with boys with executive functioning difficulties, learning disabilities, and cognitive challenges, including those adolescents who are or may be on the spectrum. These are all those boys we see so often who are challenged with poor impulse control and problems with attention, concentration, planning, organization, and decision-making. We are confident that Brandon's unique skill set will help tease out the neuropsychological nuances and provide precise treatments to overcome those difficulties.
As with all our tenured and sophisticated clinical team, Brandon will develop individualized plans to address specific needs as we all work to create lasting internal change.
The Outback team has always appreciated you thinking of us when it comes to the clinically complex kids we serve best. We very much look forward to speaking with all of you individually.
