Oak Creek Ranch School in Cornville, Arizona announced that they have recently hired Jim Graves, M.C. as Dean of Residential Life. Jim brings more than 21 years of boarding school experience and working with adolescents to Oak Creek Ranch School. Most recently, Jim took a year and a half break from working with teens, and supervised a number of group homes for the developmentally disabled in the Phoenix area. Prior to this he held a number of positions at St. Paul's Preparatory Academy in Phoenix, AZ, including: Dean of Students, Parent Liaison, and Dean of Counseling.

Oak Creek Ranch School is a fully accredited, co-ed boarding school with an enrollment of approximately 90 boys and girls, ages 12-19. The school has a 36 year history of helping under motivated teens, academic underachievers and students with ADD/ADHD reach their full potential.
