OPI Participants Visit the Galapagos Islands

Three OPI Participants are spending 10 days visiting the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador on a private trip arranged specifically for OPI by Geographic Expeditions, an adventure travel company specializing remote locations and complex logistics.

The three are accompanied by Maria Perez, OPI's Director of Extra Curricular Activities.

They began their trip in Quito, where a local guide explained the history of this capital city. Currently they are visiting the seven Galapagos Islands. Their voyage will end with a visit to Espanola Island and a tour of the unique bird colonies there.
