Founded in 2000, Ever Higher, Inc. is part of a strategic alliance of professionals offering Next Step For Success SM, a package of support services for families and students engaged in the transition process. Every professional offering Next Step has extraordinary hands-on experience in programs and schools for at-risk children or young adults with an in-depth understanding of this challenging process. Each associate is a certified Life Coach who possesses at least a Masters level post-graduate degree in education, counseling or psychology. Next Step provides families and students with ongoing post-program support, coaching and education. Next Step offers three Plans to suit the family needs and students age.

Transition Plan I is an all-inclusive basic plan requiring a six-month commitment with the option to extend on a monthly basis. This plan should be initiated during the final month of the student's program. Each month, clearly defined goals and actions are agreed-upon and implemented. The scheduled 50-minute phone sessions are the foundation of this program, and short between-session calls are permitted as needed.

Transition Plan II is an open-ended design-your-own plan offering customized coaching services for families with students who have already left the school or program, or for those desiring individualized services. The scheduled 50-minute phone sessions are the foundation of this program, and short between-session calls are permitted as needed.

Transition Plan III is a young adult one-on-one life planning service for those 18 or older. Each young adult works on life skills with a certified Life Coach. This five-day individualized training plan helps the young adult seek guidance and empowerment. This plan is conducted in Redmond, Oregon.
