For almost two years, New Lifestyles referral relations and strategic development have been spearheaded by Tracy Bailey. During that time, our contact base has expanded, meaningful interactions with consultants have increased, and our reporting system of client progress has been objectified. One of Tracy's most important contributions, however, has been her acute awareness of the shifts in areas of treatment direction. That ability to project needs has influenced us as a program to create services in response to social trends. Our proudest example yet, is the opening of The zE House, the industry's first trans-expansive housing option for emerging adults who identify as trans gender, non-binary, or questioning.
Tracy's influence extended beyond programming and likewise influenced the very DNA of New Lifestyles. She has mentored each of us to become better marketers who communicate and educate others about the impact of the meaningful work we do. Notably, Jon Young, our Admissions Director of 6 years, has matured into a trusted and respected professional in his own right who understands and relates to the needs not only of consultants and parents, but also of therapists and our emerging adult clients. He has learned from Tracy how to put all at ease as he guides those we serve and those who serve them in comprehending and appreciating the nuances of the New Lifestyles program.
On a personal note, Tracy, my professional colleague, has become my very trusted friend. One can only imagine my sadness as I announce to you her decision to take the next step in her life and in her career effective September, 4th. Given how hard she has worked for New Lifestyles, Tracy's first need now is rejuvenation and re-assessment. While not knowing exactly what she will ultimately choose as her next endeavor, Tracy will, without doubt, determine a meaningful and worthwhile path that both reflects her integrity as a leader in our industry and that creates a model for others who strive for the level of competence she demonstrates. Please join me in wishing Tracy the best. For now, you may send well-wishes to tracybailey@newlifestyles.net. This address will remain active and will be monitored by Tracy through December 2015.
Sincerely,
Kenneth L. Cuave, PsyD
