The annual NAWA Rescue Spring Training course will be held March 29 through April 3, 2010.
The focus of this 5.5 day training is low and high angle rope rescue skills, cave search and rescue, swift water rescue and outdoor extrication. Cost is $700 each and includes instruction, gear, food, camping and certificates. The course is intended to be very hands-on with a high instructor to student ratio. It is a valuable training resource to adult wilderness guides, instructors, medical field staff and others who work in the outdoor environment.
