Announces A Departure

Nick Hong, Ph.D., a Clinical Co-Director at Montana Academy, will be resigning to accept a position as a Parent Program Therapist at the True North Wilderness Program in Vermont.

"It is always a bittersweet experience when someone as competent and committed as Nick Hong decides it is time for a shift," says Dennis Hartzell, Head of School at Montana Academy. "We are sorry to see Nick go, of course, but we also recognize how the opportunity at True North is compelling for Nick on both the personal and professional level. Montana Academy and True North have a long and valued connection in supporting troubled kids and their families. It feels particularly right that Nick will soon be contributing to an organization that we know so well and respect so highly."

Dr. Hong's resignation takes effect on May 28, 2014.
