Dear Friends,

I am writing to let you know that I have left Camille M. Bertram Educational Consultants.

My 5 years of being with Camille M. Bertram Educational Consultants have been some of the most exciting and educational of my 20 years in the field. I have learned so much from all of my colleagues there, and will look back at my time as part of the Bertram team with both fondness and pride. I especially thank Cammie for her guidance and leadership during this time. I know she joins me in that pride I feel when I think of the hundreds of families we worked with over the years, and I am truly going to miss her compassion, wisdom and grace.

So the obvious question is; what am I going to do now? Well for those of you who know me well, you know I could never stay away from working with adolescents and families, therefore effective immediately I have launched my own consulting practice; Loeta Educational Consulting. Why Loeta? Simply put, Loeta means journey. I have always thought of the process we go through as a journey and though I am the leader of that journey, I am learning as much as everyone involved. I thrive on working collaboratively with families, educators, clinical professionals and, most importantly, the kids themselves on this journey, and am looking forward to continuing to work with my colleagues and simultaneously developing new professional relationships.

In many ways launching my own company is part of my own personal Loeta; my continued journey to strive to positively affect as many families as I can.
